Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.2000, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stack, replacement square rooflight, c.2000, flat felt roof, c.2000, to dormer attic window to rear (south-west) pitch, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.2000, on timber eaves. Unpainted replacement cement rendered walls, c.2000. Square-headed window openings (one remodelled, c.2000, from original door opening) with stone sills, and red brick block-and-start surrounds. Replacement 2/2 timber sash windows, c.2000. Square-headed door opening (originally window opening remodelled, c.2000) with red brick block-and-start surround, and replacement timber panelled door, c.2000. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
