Pitched (shared) roof (gabled to half-dormer attic window) with replacement artificial slate, pre-1999, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stack, timber bargeboards, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, pre-1999. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings (in bipartite arrangement to ground floor) with stone sills, and replacement 1/1 timber sash windows, pre-1999. Square-headed door opening with painted red brick block-and-start surround, and replacement tongue-and-groove timber panelled door, pre-1999. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
