Detached four-bay two-storey house, c.1840, retaining original fenestration comprising two-bay two-storey entrance block with two-bay two-storey side elevation to north-east, and two-bay two-storey projecting block to north-west. Reroofed, c.1990. Hipped roofs with replacement artificial slate, c.1990, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having ribs. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. 3/6 and 6/6 timber sash windows. Round-headed door opening with rendered panelled surround having timber panelled door, and spoked fanlight with moulded rendered archivolt. Set back from road in own grounds with tarmacadam forecourt.(ii) Gateway, c.1840, to north comprising pair of rendered piers with cast-iron double gates, and sections of random rubble stone flanking boundary walls having rendered coping.
