Detached three-bay single-storey house with dormer attic, c.1900, on a T-shaped plan with square-headed open internal porch to centre having single-bay single-storey gabled flanking box bay windows and two-bay single-storey return to north-east. Extended, c.1975, comprising two-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting bay to north-west. Refenestrated, c.2000. Pitched artificial slate roofs (gabled to box bay windows) with decorative red clay ridge tiles having terracotta finials to apexes, rendered chimney stacks, timber bargeboards, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Flat felt roof to additional range with plastic rainwater goods on overhanging timber eaves. Unpainted exposed pre-cast concrete block walls with red and green clay scalloped tiles to gables laid in alternating courses. Unpainted cement rendered walls to additional range. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and replacement timber casement windows, c.2000. Square-headed door opening in square-headed open internal porch with glazed timber panelled door, and sidelights having leaded stained glass panels. Set back from road in own grounds with gravel forecourt, and landscaped grounds to site.
