Semi-detached three-bay single-storey house, c.1910, retaining original aspect. One of a pair. Hipped profiled red clay tiled roof with red clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening in shallow segmental-headed open internal porch with glazed tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Set back from line of road in own grounds with forecourt having hedge boundary with wrought iron gate.
