Detached four-bay two-storey house, c.1850, retaining original fenestration. Now in use as guesthouse. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, 1998, on rendered eaves. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 6/6 timber sash windows. Round-headed door opening with replacement tongue-and-groove timber panelled double doors, 1998, and fanlight. Set back from line of road with painted rendered boundary wall to front having painted rendered piers, and iron gate. (ii) Attached single-bay single-storey lean-to garage, c.1950, to west. Lean-to slate roof with iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed door opening with tongue-and-groove timber panelled double doors.
