Detached two-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding with half-attic, c.1850. Refenestrated, c.2000. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Random rubble stone walls with lime mortar. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. Replacement uPVC casement windows, c.2000, with wrought iron bars. Square-headed door opening to first floor side (south-east) elevation approached by flight of painted concrete steps with timber boarded door. Road fronted.
