Replacement pitched artificial slate roof with ridge tiles, iron-covered cut-granite coping to gables with granite ashlar chimney stacks to apexes on cut-granite cushion courses on granite ashlar bases having cut-granite stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, central rooflight to front (south) pitch, and cast-iron rainwater goods on cut-granite thumbnail beaded consoles retaining cast-iron downpipes. Tuck pointed coursed or snecked limestone walls on cut-granite chamfered plinth. Square-headed central door opening with cut-granite step threshold, and yellow brick block-and-start surround framing replacement glazed aluminium door. Square-headed flanking window openings with cut-granite sills, and yellow brick block-and-start surrounds framing replacement aluminium casement windows. Set on headland in grounds shared with Ballynacourty Point Lighthouse.
