Terraced two-bay three-storey house with dormer attic, c.1830. Extensively renovated, pre-1999, with dormer attic added. One of a group of eight. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, pre-1999, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stacks, replacement square rooflight, pre-1999, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, pre-1999, on overhanging rendered eaves having iron brackets. Unpainted replacement roughcast walls, pre-1999. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, pre-1999. Segmental-headed door opening with three cut-stone steps, replacement glazed timber panelled door, pre-1999, and fanlight. Set back from road with forecourt having sections of decorative wrought iron railings (obscured by hedge) on unpainted rendered plinth with wrought iron gate.
