Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, pre-1999, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stacks, replacement square rooflight, pre-1999, and cast-iron rainwater goods on overhanging rendered eaves having iron brackets. Unpainted replacement roughcast walls, pre-1999. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and rendered surrounds, pre-1999 Replacement uPVC casement windows, pre-1999. Round-headed door opening with three cut-stone steps, rendered surround, pre-1999, timber panelled door, and spoked fanlight. Set back from road with forecourt having sections of decorative wrought iron railings (part-obscured by hedge) on unpainted rendered plinth with wrought iron gate.
