Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c.1820. Renovated, c.1970, with window opening remodelled to right ground floor to accommodate commercial use. Refenestrated, c.1995. Now disused. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) slate roof behind parapet with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with rendered detailing to parapet. Square-headed window openings (originally in segmental-headed recess to right ground floor) with stone sills. Replacement fixed-pane timber display window, c.1970, to right ground floor with replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1995, to upper floors. Elliptical-headed door opening in segmental-headed recess with three-cut-limestone steps, timber panelled door and, decorative fanlight. Road fronted with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.
