Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1960, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Unpainted rendered walls with rendered quoins. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, and rendered surrounds. 1/1 timber sash windows to first floor with replacement timber casement windows, c.1960, to ground floor. Square-headed door opening with rendered surround, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1960. Set back from line of road with unpainted rendered boundary wall to forecourt having unpainted rendered piers, and iron gate.
