Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1830. Renovated, c.1880, with render façade enrichments added. Reroofed, c.1930. Refenestrated, c.1980. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1930, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls with rendered profiled piers, c.1880, to ends. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, rendered surrounds, c.1880, and replacement aluminium casement windows, c.1980. Square-headed door opening with rendered panelled pilaster surround, c.1880, having frieze, and moulded entablature over. Replacement glazed aluminium door, c.1980. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
