Reroofed, c.1975. Refenestrated, pre-1999. One of a terrace of seven. Pitched roof (gabled to half-dormer attic windows) with replacement artificial slate, c.1975, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, square rooflight, pre-1999, timber bargeboards, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, pre-1999, on timber eaves. Lean-to corrugated-iron roof to return. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and replacement aluminium casement windows, pre-1999, retaining one original 2/2 timber sash window to half-dormer attic to rear (north-west) elevation. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed aluminium door, pre-1999. Set back from road in own grounds with lawns to front, and concrete block boundary wall to perimeter.
