End-of-terrace four-bay single-storey thatched cottage, c.1840, retaining original fenestration. Extended, c.1965, comprising three-bay single-storey flat-roofed parallel range along rear (south-east) elevation. Hipped (shared) roof with reed thatch in English style having rope work to ridge, and rendered squat chimney stack. Flat felt roof to additional range with replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1990, on timber eaves. Painted rendered walls over mud wall construction (unpainted cement rendered walls to additional range). Square-headed window openings with stone sills, rendered surrounds, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings to additional range (one in form of shallow bow) with concrete sills, and timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening with moulded rendered surround, keystone, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1965. Square-headed door opening to additional range with glazed timber door. Set back from line of road in own grounds with gravel forecourt having roughcast boundary wall.
