Terraced four-bay single-storey thatched cottage, c.1840, retaining early fenestration with single-bay single-storey projecting glazed porch to front. Renovated, c.1990. Pitched (shared) roof (hipped over porch) with reed thatch in English style having rope work to ridge, and replacement red brick Running bond chimney stack, c.1990. Painted replacement cement rendered walls, c.1990, over mud wall construction. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, rendered surrounds, c.1990, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening in projecting glazed porch with glazed timber door, and fixed-pane timber lights to porch. Set back from line of road in own grounds with stone cobbled forecourt having rendered boundary wall.
