Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.2000, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stacks, replacement square rooflights, c.2000, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.2000, on overhanging rendered eaves. Unpainted fine roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, rendered surrounds, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.2000. Elliptical-headed door opening with rendered surround, timber panelled door, sidelights on timber panels, and spoked fanlight. Set back from line of road in own grounds with forecourt having unpainted fine roughcast boundary wall with unpainted rendered piers, and hoop iron gate.
