Detached four-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-attic, c.1875, retaining original aspect with square-headed carriageway to right ground floor. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with red clay ridge tiles, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted (lime washed) lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and timber fittings. Square-headed door openings with timber panelled doors. Square-headed carriageway to right ground floor with timber panelled doors. Set in own grounds perpendicular to road with side (south-east) elevation fronting on to road.
