Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1980, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on overhanging rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, moulded rendered surrounds, and replacement uPVC casement windows, post-1999. Square-headed door opening with rendered surround, and replacement glazed uPVC panelled door, post-1999. Set back from road in own grounds with forecourt.
