Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1930, clay ridge tiles, rendered and red brick Running bond chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered walls with rendered channelled piers to ends. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, pre-1999. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, pre-1999. Set back from line of road with painted rendered boundary wall to front having rendered piers, and wrought iron gate.
