Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1870, retaining original aspect. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, no chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered channelled piers to ends. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, 1/1 timber sash windows, and wrought iron bar sill guards to ground floor. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door, and overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
