Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1995, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, rendered coping, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1995, on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, rendered surrounds, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1995. Elliptical-headed door opening with rendered surround, timber panelled door, sidelights, and spoked fanlight. Set back from line of road in own grounds on a slightly elevated site with forecourt having painted roughcast wall with rendered coping, and wrought iron gate on cut-limestone step.
