Detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1850, retaining original fenestration. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 6/6 timber sash windows. Elliptical-headed door opening with inscribed pilaster surround, replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1975, and spoked fanlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
