Detached three-bay single-storey house, c.1870, retaining some original fenestration. Renovated and mostly refenestrated, c.1970. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. Replacement timber casement windows, c.1970, with one original 2/2 timber sash window to side elevation to north-east. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1970. Set back from line of road in own grounds perpendicular to road with landscaped grounds to site, and hedge boundary to perimeter having wrought iron double gates.
