Cappoquin Railway Station — Cook Street

Detached single-bay single-storey rubble stone railway goods shed, built 1878, with square-headed carriageway having canopy over, and single-bay single-storey side elevations. Decommissioned, 1967. Now disused. Pitched slate roof (continuing into canopy having profiled timber supports) with clay ridge tiles, timber bargeboards, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Random rubble stone walls with lime mortar, red brick quoins to corners, and red brick bands to gables. Segmental-headed window openings with stone sills, red brick block-and-start surrounds, and remains of 10/10 timber sash windows (glazing now missing). Square-headed carriageway with red brick block-and-start surround, timber lintel, and glazed timber boarded double doors. Set back from road in grounds shared with Cappoquin Railway Station.
