Flat concrete roof to parallel range along rear (south-west) elevation. Painted rendered walls. Grey brick Running bond walls to parallel range along rear (south-west) elevation. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, and rendered surrounds, c.2000, to front (north-east) elevation. Replacement timber casement windows, c.1975, to rear (south-west) elevation.
