Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1800. Renovated and refenestrated, c.1875, with render façade enrichments added. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls with rendered quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and moulded rendered surrounds, c.1875. Replacement 1/1 timber sash windows, c.1875. Square-headed door opening with moulded rendered surround, c.1875, having entablature over on consoles, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1875. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
