Extensively renovated and extended, pre-1999, comprising two-bay single-storey return to west with dormer attic added. One of a terrace of six. Pitched (shared) roof (gabled to dormer attic windows) with replacement artificial slate, pre-1999, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stack, timber bargeboards, and iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Painted replacement cement rendered walls, pre-1999. Square-headed window openings (one in recessed entrance bay) with replacement concrete sills, pre-1999, and replacement timber casement windows, pre-1999. Square-headed door opening in recessed entrance bay having timber posts with brackets, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, pre-1999. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
