Terraced three-bay single-storey estate worker’s house, c.1825. Reroofed, c.1950. Refenestrated, c.1975. One of a terrace of six. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1950, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement timber casement windows, c.1975. Square-headed door opening with rendered surround, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1975. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
