Attached three-bay two-storey house, c.1850, originally detached retaining original fenestration with single-bay single-storey return to west. Pitched slate roofs with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered quoined piers to ends. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, moulded rendered surrounds, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with moulded rendered surround, and timber panelled door having overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
