Detached four-bay single-storey house with half-dormer attic, c.1860, possibly originally two separate terraced three-bay single-storey (north) and single-bay single-storey (south) houses retaining some early fenestration. Renovated, c.1960, with window opening remodelled to right ground floor to accommodate commercial use. Extended, c.1985, comprising three-bay single-storey lean-to return to south-east. Now entirely in residential use. Pitched slate roof (gabled to half-dormer attic windows) with decorative red clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks, decorative timber bargeboards to gables having terracotta finials to apexes, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Lean-to artificial slate roof to return with plastic rainwater goods on timber eaves. Painted rendered walls with rendered stringcourse to first floor, and rendered band to eaves. Square-headed window openings to ground floor (remodelled, c.1960, to right ground floor) with rendered sills. Pointed-arch window openings to half-dormer attic with rendered sills, rendered pilaster surrounds, and rendered archivolts over having red brick voussoirs. 1/1 timber sash windows (replacement timber casement window, c.1985, to remodelled opening). Square-headed window openings to return with concrete sills, and timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening with rendered surround, roughcast panel over, and replacement glazed uPVC panelled door, c.2000. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
