Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1940, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack on axis with ridge, replacement square rooflights, c.1990, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1990, on rendered eaves retaining early cast-iron downpipe. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with replacement concrete sills, c.1940, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1990. Elliptical-headed door opening with rendered surround, and replacement glazed uPVC door, c.1990. Road fronted with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.
