Terraced two-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, c.1820. Extensively renovated and extended, c.1995, comprising single-bay single-storey lean-to return to north-east with dormer attic added. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1995, concrete ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, concrete coping to party wall, replacement square rooflight, c.1995, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Lean-to artificial slate roof to return with timer eaves. Painted roughcast wall to front (south-west) elevation with unpainted roughcast wall to rear (north-east) elevation. Square-headed window openings with replacement concrete sills, c.1970, rendered surrounds, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1995. Pseudo three-centred arch door opening with moulded rendered surround, and replacement glazed uPVC panelled door, c.1995. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
