Pitched roof with replacement fibre-cement slate, c.1970, clay ridge tiles, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1995, on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls with rendered quoined piers. Square-headed window openings with moulded rendered sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1995. Segmental-headed door opening with moulded rendered surround having keystone, and replacement glazed uPVC panelled door, c.1995. Road fronted with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.
