Pitched roof with replacement fibre-cement slate, c.1950, red clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, pre-1999. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber boarded door, pre-1999. Road fronted on a corner site with concrete footpath to front.
