Pitched (shared) artificial slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.2000, on uPVC eaves. Unpainted rendered walls with unpainted replacement cement rendered wall, c.2000, to side elevation to south. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.2000. Square-headed door opening to porch with glazed uPVC door, c.2000. Set back from road in own grounds with forecourt having unpainted rendered boundary wall.
