Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.2000, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.2000, on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and replacement timber casement windows, c.2000. Square-headed door opening with rendered surround having moulded entablature over, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.2000. Set back from road in own grounds with forecourt having replacement stone-clad boundary wall, c.2000, with unpainted cement rendered piers.
