Remain of two groups of terraced rubble stone mill workers' cottages, c.1830. Now in ruins with fragments remaining. Roofs now gone (profile not discernible). Random rubble stone walls (mostly collapsed) with lime mortar, and some shallow segmental-headed vaults (probably originally fireplaces). Openings not discernible. Sited on island with terraces arranged on a shallow V-shaped plan with overgrown grounds to site.
