Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1985, clay ridge tiles, replacement yellow brick chimney stack, c.1985, and no rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement timber casement windows, c.1985. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door, c.1985. Set back from line of road with gravel verge to front.
