Detached two-bay single-storey outbuilding, c.1880, retaining original aspect with single-bay single-storey lean-to lower end bay to south. Pitched slate roof (lean-to to end bay) with clay ridge tiles. Unpainted roughcast lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed door openings with timber lintels, glazed timber panelled doors and timber boarded doors. Set back from road in grounds shared with Nirevale.
