Hipped (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, replacement square rooflight, c.1990, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Unpainted replacement cement rendered walls, c.1990. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. 6/6 timber sash windows with replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1990, to top floor. Segmental-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door, c.1990, with side panel and overlight. Road fronted with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.
