Terraced three-bay single-storey local authority house, built 1884, retaining original fenestration. Reroofed, c.1985. One of a terrace of thirteen. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1985, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings in shallow segmental-headed recesses with stone sills, and 1/1 margined timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening in shallow segmental-headed recess with glazed timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
