Pitched roofs with replacement artificial slate, c.1970, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1995, on rendered eaves. Painted rendered wall to ground floor, to side (west) elevation, and to return with rendered quoins. Painted roughcast wall to first floor. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. Replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1995. Square-headed door opening with rendered entablature over on consoles, and replacement glazed uPVC panelled door, c.1995. Road fronted on a corner site with concrete footpath to front.
