Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1865. Reroofed, c.1965. Extensively renovated, c.1990, with openings remodelled to ground floor. Pitched roof with replacement fibre-cement slate, c.1965, clay ridge tiles, red brick (shared) and rendered chimney stacks, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1990, on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls to first floor with rendered quoined piers. Painted replacement cement render, c.1990, to ground floor with rendered margin. Square-headed window openings (remodelled, c.1990, to ground floor) with rendered sills (replacement concrete sills, c.1990, to ground floor), and moulded rendered surrounds to first floor. Replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1990. Square-headed door opening remodelled, c.1990, with replacement timber panelled door and sidelight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
