Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.2000, on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills (moulded to ground floor), and moulded rendered surrounds to ground floor. 1/1 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with moulded rendered surround and replacement timber panelled door, c.2000, with overlight. Road fronted on a corner site with raised stone flagged footpath to front having section of wrought iron railings and flights of stone steps.
