Pitched (shared) roof with replacement cement tile, c.1965, concrete ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed windows opening with stone sills. Replacement 1/1 timber sash windows, c.1915. Square-headed door opening with timber boarded door. Road fronted.
