Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1995, concrete ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1995, on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. 1/1 timber sash windows with margins to openings to first floor. Round-headed door opening with timber panelled door and Gothic-style fanlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
