Detached three-bay single-storey lodge, c.1820. Now disused and part derelict. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack and remains of cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. Now boarded-up. Square-headed door opening. Now boarded up. Set in grounds shared with Sion Hill House.
