Terraced four-bay two-storey former house, built c.1770. Now in use as offices. Pitched artificial slate roof. Dressed coursed limestone walls. Replacement one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows with stone sills and stone voussoirs. Round-headed doorway with raised block-and-start surround, spoked fanlight and replacement timber battened door.
