Detached four-bay three-storey house, built c.1820. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Exposed coursed rubble limestone walls. Square-headed openings with stone sills and voussoirs, and replacement uPVC windows; windows of north end bay are narrow lights. Round-arch doorway with cut-stone surround, voussoirs and timber panelled door and fanlight. Limestone rubble boundary wall to front with cut-stone piers, cast-iron railings and recent cut limestone coping.
